Welcome to Invest4k! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of our consultation services. By booking a consultation with Invest4k (Raj Patel), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1.1. Informational Guidance:
Invest4k & Raj Patel provides general guidance and information about Canadian immigration pathways, including but not limited to Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), study permits, and work permits through the publicly available information on the canada.ca as well as individual provincial websites.
1.2. Form-Filling Assistance:
Invest4k offers assistance in understanding and completing forms based on publicly available guidelines. We do not submit forms on your behalf or guarantee the acceptance of any application.
1.3. Personalized Guidance:
Our consultations are designed to help clients understand their options and navigate the immigration process. We only provide a final review service before you submit your file to help with DIY applications. However, these sessions do not constitute any legal advice or representation.
2.1. Non-Authorized Status:
Invest4k and its representatives are not members of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), any provincial law society, or the Chambre des notaires du Québec.

Our services are restricted to providing information, guidance, and tools to help you make informed decisions.
3.1. Accuracy of Information:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during consultations. Any errors in applications or forms due to incorrect information provided by the client are solely the client’s responsibility.
3.2. Independent Decision-Making:
Clients are solely responsible for their immigration or citizenship applications, including but not limited to selecting programs, completing forms, and submitting applications.
4.1. Outcome of Applications:
Invest4k makes no guarantees regarding the success, approval, or outcomes of any application. All decisions are made by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or other relevant authorities.
4.2. Accuracy of Information:
While Invest4k strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, immigration policies and procedures are subject to change. Clients should verify all information with official government sources.
5.1. No Liability for Applications:
Invest4k shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or adverse outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
5.2. Third-Party Services:
Invest4k is not responsible for the actions or outcomes of any third parties, including government agencies, educational institutions, or employers.
6.1. Protection of Information:
Invest4k will not share your personal information with unauthorized third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6.2. Client Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for safeguarding any documents or personal information shared during consultations or form-filling services.
7.1. Cancellations:
Clients may not cancel any appointments without prior approval of Raj Patel. In any attempts of cancellations/rescheduling without prior approval, there will be NO Refunds.
7.2. Refunds:
Refunds will not be provided in any cases, once the time is booked, its blocked for you.
By booking a consultation with Invest4k, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
